Returns

We trust that you are blissfully happy and excited with your order, but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us…….

Please note we do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange a return with your local post office or alternatively contact our customer service people to schedule a collection with our courier at a date of your convenience.

The charge for our collection service is €15 and will be deducted from your refund. For this service please email the office at chrisna@indaba.ie. (For items listed in our Large/ Fragile item our delivery service collection fee is €45 and can take up to 7-14 working days to arrange, depending on your location).

The returns address is Indaba Design, 1 Bride Place, Wexford, Y35 K729, Republic of Ireland.

The collection service offered by Indaba Collection is subject to the terms and conditions of the contracted courier company we use and is subject to change. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the collection is at a time and date of your convenience – this cannot always be guaranteed.

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there is any breakages, defects, or discrepancies you must notify us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we not notified within this time.

Cushions and throws will have a 20% restocking charge. 

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing to us. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note the collection service is only available for Irish customers (for the minute).

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.

A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.

All returns must be received by Indaba Design within 14 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. Credit notes will not be issued after 14 days from receipt of delivery.

Personalized, bespoke, made to order times, gift vouchers and e-vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept exchanges.

Wallpaper samples can be provided at €4 per A4 sample. Wallpaper is not eligible for return and will not be refunded.

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage incurred if your return damaged items without contacting us.
