Sanganer Duck Egg Rug

This finely hand knotted rug is inspired by the block print artisans of Sanganer in Rajasthan. Sanganer block prints have a rich history dating back to the 16th century, often featuring geometric patterns using vegetable dyes such as indigo, turmeric and pomegranate printed on white backgrounds. Intricately knotted by hand using 100% bamboo yarns for exquisite detail and depth of texture.
